This is the ultimate Tanzanian adventure. Witness the endless plains of the Serengeti, home to the Great Migration (season dependent), and descend into the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Ngorongoro Crater, often called the "Eighth Wonder of the World".

This tour focuses on luxury and density of wildlife. You will stay in lodges perched on crater rims and tented camps in the heart of the wilderness.

Daily Itinerary

Pick up from Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha. Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its tree-climbing lions and vast elephant herds. Overnight at a lodge on the escarpment.

Drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands and descend into the Serengeti plains. Game drive en route to your camp in the Seronera area, the heart of the park.

Spend the entire day tracking the Big Five. Depending on the season, we may head North for the migration crossings or South for the calving season.

Morning game drive in Serengeti. After lunch, we drive towards the Ngorongoro Crater rim. Dinner and overnight with a view of the crater.

Descend 600 meters into the crater floor for a half-day game drive. This area has the highest density of wildlife in Africa. Picnic lunch by the hippo pool.

Leisurely breakfast before driving back to Arusha. Stop at local markets for souvenirs. Drop off at the airport or hotel.
